Where was the DA during jury selection? Any first year law student could have predicted the outcome with a jury of mostly older men. Any sense of sexual tolerance is rarely found in people of that generation. If this cop would do this to this poor young lady why didn't the DA point out that the next victim might be one of there granddaughters. I can only hope that the cops superiors in the dept. take stronger action like putting this jerk on a desk. What is really scary to me is someone as stupid and lack even basic judgement skills is out there with a gun.
