We finally all agreed to do a Christmas grab bag instead of buying everyone gifts (we're a big Italian family. It gets pricey.) One year, I said 'Hey, instead of doing this grab bag and getting each other shit we don't really need or want, lets take the money and sponsor a family in need for Christmas'.
