Klaudt gets 44 years in prison
“Former state Rep. Ted Klaudt was sentenced to 44 years in prison this afternoon.
Klaudt was sentenced 11 years on each of four rape charges he was convicted of in Hughes County in late 2007.
Klaudt was convicted in a case that involved two foster daughters who were with him when he attended the 2005 and 2006 legislative sessions. He gave them physical exams in a phony scheme to sell their reproductive eggs.”
