Wow, I never realized the type of strange people you would have to talk to and you can’t do anything but keep the call rolling. How do you keep from laughing sometimes? Laughing and hanging up?
Zan-Normally I don’t laugh. Although sometimes I have to bite my lip and grab the mute button. The mute button has saved me many times.
